Marina Bay Sands, the world’s most expensive standalone casino property at S$8 billion (US$5.7 billion), including cost of the prime land. The complex is topped by a 340m-long Skylark with a capacity of 3,900 people and the main attraction of its 150m swimming pool, set on top of the world’s largest public cantilevered platform, which is stand on the three mega structure and it made itself as a ship on the sky.

It was supposed to open in the year 2009 but costs of material and labour shortages from the onset delayed the opening ceremony.

There was a two days official opening ceremony on June 23, 2010 with Grammy Award-winning star Kelly Rowland, after another early opening inApril.
